Vijay Gomes
Managing Director
Vijay started his career at a very young age of 19 as a sales executive back in Mumbai India. Later as MD - Concept Media, he used his expertise in strategic marketing and business development along with his oriented leadership skills to excel in all his business endeavors.
He was responsible for handling all Concept Media publications (which include magazines like RetailME and Millionaire Magazine - Middle East and India edition), for introducing the first e-book in the directory genre and handling business in three international cities. He later had a stint as a Business Development Manager to manage his Sharjah & Northern Emirates Training.

With over sixteen years of experience in business development and sales, Vijay brings along dynamism, strategic outlook and leadership skills. He believes that with innovation and persistence anything can be achieved and this philosophy is the crux of the work ethic that has rewarded him with many laurels through his career.
Rajesh Balakrishnan
Finance Director
Rajesh is a man with a bag full of skills but one in particular stands out – his ability to simultaneously juggle multiple tasks, effortlessly. He seamlessly skims through any task given to him whether it be in Administration, Finance or even Sales Management, and overcomes any challenge with ease. A confessed workaholic; he will not rest until everything that he has started comes to its logical conclusion. This go-getter believes that work is worship and you need to Work and play with equal passion.
His key strength is his ability to connect with people. He takes this strength and applies it to his work, believing that like social beings, even businesses are based around the principle of relationships. And it is principles like this that have helped him make turn his business endeavors into success stories.
From his first stint as Sales Manager where, in three months, he single handedly managed to double sales right to his Current Work at rsvp where he uses all the valuable lessons he has learnt in his professional past in running the business, he has always been utterly satisfied.
Suraj Da Costa
Operations Director
Suraj’s career can be summarised into one statement- ‘Build big, Imagine Bigger’.
His passion is to develop new products and markets. In his last job at Concept Media, he achieved 90% of his target in one month and subsequently over achieved his set target.
This highly motivated and dynamic individual is known for his ability to handle complex tasks.
His creativity, versatility, innovative spirit and humour are definitely an asset to the rsvp team.
