RSVP at 59th UITP World Congress & Mobilty and City Transport Exibition

UITP (International Association of Public Transport) is the international network for public transport authorities and operators, policy decision-makers, scientific institutes and the public transport supply and service industry. It is a platform for worldwide cooperation, business development and the sharing of know-how between its 3,400 members from 92 countries.

The 59^th UITP World Congress & Mobility and City and Exhibition was attended by 2,000 delegates coming from 80 countries. The exhibition (252 exhibitors from 37 countries, 30,000 m2) was visited by 9,700 visitors. Many Ministers, elected officials, CEOs and high-level executives from authorities, industry and operators were present. The UITP World Congress & Mobilty and City Transport Exibition was being held in the MENA region for the first time.

rsvp  is Proud to be part of this prestigious event. We had put all our efforts to create the best designs and mementos for the event. Days and nights were spent to put together all according to the UITP brand guide lines.  The results were overwhelming from the name tags to the awards and all the event collateral had been carefully executed by our team.

A job well done by rsvp

We were approached by Aramex when they urgently needed the sign up to be put on their kiosk at the Dubai Mall.

It was a challenge for the rsvp team, the client was in panic, as they were already late. Dubai Mall being one of the largest malls of Dubai, the signage had to have a strong impact.

We not only designed and developed the sign board but also went out of the way in helping the client with other formalities related to the arrangement of the space for the signage

The client was so happy that now rsvp mena fz llc is the agency for all below the line advertising of Aramex all around UAE. Aramex is another feather in our cap and we hope that we have a long way to go with them.

RSA had opened a new office in emirates headquarters and assigned rsvp team the job for the internal and external branding of the shop.
